CryptoLand Exchange
A clean three-layer model for tokenized real-estate yield—so tokens flow right, and dollars flow up.
Contact UsWhat CryptoLand Is
CryptoLand is a simple, gated pipeline from community participation to regulated yield. We keep responsibilities separated across three layers so each token does one job well, compliance stays clear, and payouts are deterministic.
The Three Layers
Layer 1 — CYLA (Community)
- • Public, utility-style token to participate and signal demand.
- • Earns lot credits over time via defined activity or staking mechanics.
- • Purpose: community alignment and access to the queue—not a yield/security instrument.
Layer 2 — CYLR (Receipt)
- • Non-transferable or allow-listed receipt token representing your eligible lots.
- • Minted when your CYLA credits reach 1 lot (integer lots; no partials).
- • Purpose: a clean, auditable bridge from community to the permissioned venue.
Layer 3 — CYLT (Security Token)
- • Permissioned, allow-listed token at $1 par within the venue.
- • Receives USDC payouts on each payout cycle from real-estate cashflows.
- • Purpose: the regulated, paying instrument for eligible investors.
Simple Workflows
1) Onboarding
- • Start with CYLA (open market access).
- • Accumulate lot credits until you hit 1 lot.
- • Claim CYLR (your receipt) to enter the permissioned path.
2) Compliance Gate
- • Complete KYC/AML with our provider.
- • Jurisdiction and accreditation/eligibility checks (as applicable).
- • Your wallet is allow-listed for CYLR → CYLT redemption and for CYLT transfers (if permitted).
3) Redemption (Receipt → Security)
- • In the permissioned venue/custody environment, redeem CYLR → CYLT in lots.
- • CYLT is issued to your allow-listed wallet at $1 par.
4) Payouts
- • Real-estate SPVs/Treasury send cashflows → Payout Pool.
- • Payout Distributor sends USDC to eligible CYLT holders at snapshot time (defined cycle).
5) Transfers (If Allowed)
- • CYLT transfers are allow-listed only (compliance preserved).
- • CYLR typically remains restricted/administrative (non-public).
6) Admin Safety
- • Sensitive parameters governed by multisig and, where applicable, timelocks.
- • Backend handles epoch snapshots and Merkle proofs for efficient, verifiable payouts.
Why This Design
- • One token, one job: clarity for users and regulators.
- • Integer lots: no rounding headaches; clean bookkeeping.
- • Deterministic payouts: scheduled snapshots, transparent distribution.
- • Gated transfers: risk controls via allow-lists and KYC.
- • Auditability: receipts and snapshots create a tidy paper trail.
Who This Is For
- • KYC-verified investors who want regulated, on-chain real-estate exposure and USDC payouts.
- • Partners: KYC providers, permissioned venues/custodians, and real-estate SPVs.
